We ship both locally and worldwide. A tracking number is sent out from our Shipping Centre to customers once the item has been shipped.
All International Shipping is checked by the Australian Border Force for safety and security. International orders ship from our fulfilment centre in Hong Kong. Local Stock ships from Perth and Melbourne via eParcel.Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. Auspost can delay shipments - keep track of your tracking number in our menu.

Local orders are shipped via Auspost eParcel to ensure the goods are received fast and safe. Express shipping is optional. Higher value shipping will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and location.

Timing: we have a 7-day Return & Exchange Policy, which starts the day item was received.To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. We reserve the right to change our terms of refund.
Returns: please email us with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.The seller will provide the customer with instructions on where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items.
Inspection: When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, notifying them about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
If the refund is rejected the item will be returned at the customer's expense.

Should you wish to amend or cancel your order, please contact us via email within one working day (7 hours) stating the order number. There is no guarantee that we will be able to complete a cancellation or amendment, though all efforts will be made to assist.

ZERO Tolerance Policy
Holden Strategic PTY LTD & its Companies have implemented a Zero Tolerance Policy to ensure all staff are treated with dignity and respect. This means that aggressive or violent behaviour towards our staff or any member of the public within our workplace will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Anyone verbally abusing members of staff, either in person or over the telephone, will be sent an email from the CEO advising that this behaviour will not be tolerated and their order cancelled, refunded and will be blacklisted. Any future violation of this policy will result in our refusing to conduct business with the offender, their IP address will be logged and all communication be sent as a complaint to WA Police if needed. There will be no appeal process. Any instances of email or social media abuse will be handled with the same level of severity. All abusive correspondence received by our staff will be retained for reference should the matter persist and need to be referred to the Federeal Police.
